  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not refundable.
  • No-shows are not refundable.
  • Multi-day tours and Nile cruises: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure, 50% refund between 7 days and 72 hours before, and no refund within 72 hours of departure.
